401Gives: Donate to RIPN on April 1st!
The biggest nonprofit day of the year is almost here: 401Gives starts at 6:00am on Monday, April 1st! The United Way of Rhode Island annually supports over 500 local nonprofit organizations in a 36-hour fundraising extravaganza. Rhode Island Pet Network is proud to participate for the first time, and we hope you will help us carry out our mission!
The Rhode Island Foundation has generously offered to match the earliest donors of the day. Don’t feel like you missed the opportunity to make your donation go farther, though, if you’re not online early - there will be more matching opportunities throughout the day! Donations can be made through 6:00pm on Tuesday, April 2nd.
We know there are many worthy organizations joining us on the 1st, and we’d greatly appreciate your support! Our mission is carried out through the generosity of donors who allow us to pay medical bills for rescue animals and pets of guardians in need. With the cost of veterinary care skyrocketing, we’ve continued to receive a growing number of requests for assistance, and we never want to turn down an animal in need. Having funds on hand for an emergency will truly be life-saving.
