Veterinary Financial Assistance

A first step is to apply for CareCredit. CareCredit provides flexible financing for veterinary care; many financial aid organizations require proof that you have applied and been denied CareCredit.

Low-Cost Veterinary Clinics

Rhode Island Community Pet Project (CPP) - 186 Amaral Street, Riverside, RI. Formally known as the “Pets In Need Clinic,” The Rhode Island Community Pet Project works to provide high-quality, full-service veterinary care to the pets of low-income Rhode Island residents. They go beyond vaccines and spays/neuters— offering a full array of services to ensure and maintain the health of your pet. They remain one of the only clinics in the Northeast dedicated solely to accessible, affordable veterinary care for low-income members of our community.

Love is Life Veterinary Clinic (Franklin, MA) - Provides a range of routine and emergency surgeries at low cost (your pet must have a diagnosis first from a referring veterinarian)

Stand Up for Animals Wellness Clinic (Westerly, RI) - Provide high-quality wellness care for pets in a welcoming and affordable setting.
