We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to advancing animal welfare in our state and beyond. Through collaborations with local shelters and rescues, as well as assistance programs for low-income pet owners, we help the smallest state show the biggest heart for homeless and in-need animals.
